Who you would be working with

Meet Ben.
Your first conversation.

More than twenty years as a property investor, developer and seller, and fifteen years in finance in Australia. That is a thorough education in what a property is actually worth, in what a lender is really assessing, and in how to get a deal over the line.

Olive Wealth brings property research, mortgage guidance and purchase coordination together for Australian buyers. Your brief sets out the work, who is responsible for each step, and the fee before you proceed.

I work in Arabic and English. That matters more than people expect. A conversation in someone’s first language goes differently, and so does the paperwork behind it.

Who is Olive Wealth Consultancy?

Olive Wealth Consultancy FZ-LLC is a United Arab Emirates consultancy that works with Australian investors considering property in Dubai and the wider UAE. We act as buyer's advocate, mortgage advisor and purchase project manager, paid for by the client on agreed fees.

Do you find property deals?

We can research, assess and support negotiation of a property purchase within your agreed brief. The comparison considers your goals, available market evidence and costs.

Do you arrange the mortgage?

We provide mortgage guidance, help compare available options and prepare your application. Eligibility and approval are decisions for the lender; approval is not guaranteed.

Can an Australian who is not a UAE resident get a mortgage in Dubai?

Some lenders consider non-resident applications, subject to their criteria. Confirm your income, residency and property eligibility directly through a lender assessment before committing to a purchase.

What does it cost to buy property in Dubai on top of the price?

Allow for registration, trustee services, agreed agency and advisory fees, and any finance-related charges. The calculator itemises an illustrative budget, including our 0.5% mortgage fee. Replace allowances with written quotes and check applicable taxes and excluded costs.

Is Dubai rental income taxed in Australia?

Australian tax residents generally declare assessable worldwide income, including foreign rental income. UAE treatment depends on the ownership and activity. Confirm your position with an appropriately qualified tax adviser.
