This page explains what Olive Wealth Consultancy FZ-LLC (“we”, “us”) does with the information you give us through this website, and what we deliberately don’t do with it.
What we collect
The enquiry form. When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type: your name, email address, phone number if you include it, and your message. The form is delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which passes the message to our mailbox and does not use it for anything else.
Booking a call. If you book an introductory call, the booking is handled by Cal.com. Cal.com collects the name, email address and time you choose and shares it with us so the call can happen. Its own privacy policy governs what it holds.
Email and WhatsApp. If you contact us directly, we hold that correspondence in our email or messaging account for as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back.
Technical information. This site is served by Cloudflare, which logs standard request data (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request for the font files. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to prepare for and run the call you booked, and, if you become a client, to do the work you engage us for. That is the whole list. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or rent your details, and we do not share them with property developers, agents or lenders unless you ask us to introduce you and tell us what to pass on.
Please don’t send us identity documents through the form
The enquiry form is for general enquiries. Do not attach or paste passport scans, Emirates ID, bank statements, account numbers or similar. If we need documents to act for you, we will agree a secure way to exchange them first.
Where your information is held
Our email and files are held with mainstream cloud providers whose servers may be in the United Arab Emirates, Australia, the European Union or the United States. Web3Forms, Cal.com and Cloudflare hold the data they process in their own infrastructure under their own policies.
How long we keep it
Enquiries we do not take further are deleted within twelve months. Client files are kept for as long as UAE company record-keeping rules require, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will deal with it promptly. If you are in Australia, the Australian Privacy Principles may also apply to how we handle your information; if you are in the UAE, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law applies.
Changes
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and the date at the top.
