Know the work, the fee and the next decision before you proceed.
1. A free introductory call
We discuss your budget, timing, goals and whether you are researching, choosing a property or preparing to purchase. Bring a listing if you already have one.
2. A written proposal
Your proposal sets out the work, deliverables, responsibilities, payment stages and exclusions. You decide whether to engage us.
3. Research and coordination
We complete the agreed research, compare the relevant options and coordinate the information needed for your decisions. Where a specialist needs to advise or act, their role and costs are clarified separately.
4. Your transaction and next steps
Purchase and handover support follow the agreed scope. Additional work is discussed before it is added.
How we are paid
Buyer’s advocacy fees depend on the transaction and work provided. Mortgage assistance costs 0.5% of the amount borrowed. We receive no commission from banks. The scope, payment stages and any applicable taxes are set out in your written quote.
Example: a loan of AED 800,000 gives a mortgage assistance fee of AED 4,000 before any applicable tax. Buyer’s advocacy and purchase management are quoted according to the work and transaction.
Costs outside our fee
Your lender, legal adviser, agent, government services and other providers may charge separately. The purchase-cost calculator helps structure a budget; your written quotes establish the actual amounts.
