These terms cover your use of this website. The work we do for clients is governed by a separate written brief and engagement letter, agreed and signed before any work starts.
Who we are
Olive Wealth Consultancy FZ-LLC is a company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We act for buyers only, as buyer’s advocate, mortgage advisor and purchase project manager for Australian investors buying property in Dubai and the wider UAE.
What this website is, and isn’t
Everything on this site, including the mortgage calculator and the tax comparison, is general information published for orientation. It is not a recommendation to buy any property, borrow any amount or take any particular step, and it takes no account of your circumstances. Figures are indicative, based on published rates and typical market terms at the date shown on each page, and lending criteria, interest rates, government fees and tax rules change without notice.
We do not provide regulated investment advice, or Australian tax or legal advice. Obtain your own licensed advice on those before acting on anything here.
Calculators
The calculators use standard formulas and the assumptions shown beside them. They are a way to think about the numbers, not a quote or an offer. Any lender’s actual terms will differ. We accept no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of a calculator result.
Enquiries and calls
Sending an enquiry or booking an introductory call does not make you a client and does not create any obligation on either side. An engagement begins only when a written brief has been agreed and signed.
Your use of the site
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own information. Please do not copy the content to republish it commercially, scrape it, or use it to build a competing service without asking us first. Do not use the enquiry form to send anything unlawful, abusive or unrelated to what we do.
Links to other sites
We link to third parties such as Cal.com, government bodies and lenders. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.
